Digital goods

Each reading is produced individually for your birth data and delivered immediately. For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated and delivered.

You are entitled to a full refund when

The report was not delivered and cannot be recovered with your order number.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
The report was generated for birth data different from what you entered.

Wrong birth data

If you entered incorrect birth data by mistake, contact us before opening the report and we will regenerate it once with the corrected data at no charge.

How to request

Email lunasajubang@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method.
